Evaluation and Assessment Future Financial and Human Resource Administrative Systems Evaluation of options, costs, and campus readiness for transforming the existing financial and human resource systems environment to an updated and integrated technology platform. UGA has engaged with Collegiate Project Services to assist with this evaluation.

Project Timeline

Project Elements Visioning: Institutional and User Perspectives Interviews with UGA leadership and key stakeholders to understand expectations and requirements (e.g. Vice Presidents and Deans) Strategic planning and establishing guiding principles for these administrative systems (Project leadership and Advisory Team) Technical and functional focus group sessions to understand expectations and requirements (You!)
