Our Approach Task centric not Form Centric Authenticated User Accounts Users can file for Multiple Entities Automated Electronic Notifications All filings must be created online Upfront Validations with Appropriate Warnings and Errors All filings can be paid electronically online (e-Check, Credit Card, ACH) or Printed and Mailed in Electronically generate documents to eliminate scanning (where possible)

Using the Online System Required fields are designated with a red * Blocks of instruction and information dynamically displayed as appropriate A company’s existing information pre-populates and may be edited as needed System and field validations show the customer missing data fields, incorrect information, required signatures, and other errors/items that must be corrected prior to submission System warnings are also provided to inform the customer of potential issues with the filing that require review by the Filing Office prior to approval Attachments may be added prior to submission Titles provided for the signatures are only those authorized for that specific business type

Tangible Results 99% Online filings, over 60,000 user accounts created Most filings are approved automatically, and the customer receives an with the filed document within 60 seconds. Reduction of the rate of rejection from approximately 25% of all filings to less than one half of 1%. Filings requiring review, are usually completed within an hour of submission Rejected (Returned) Filings are often corrected, resubmitted and approved within a matter of hours. Staff is not bombarded with handling paper and can focus on more difficult filings, answering phones and cross training in other areas. There is no backlog of filings requiring temporary staffing. The training time of new staff is significantly reduced because of the system validations built into the software.

Technical Notes System developed using Microsoft.NET and SQL Server Utilizes Xml to store Company Profiles and Filings XML is based off Business Annual Report XML Schema used by other IACA members. Extended as needed. Documents and Certificates are Generated using XSLT Utilizes the NIC payment gateway utilized by many IACA members
