Donate Books, Receive Books - A Karmayog initiative that is part of the “Joy of Giving Week”

What is ‘Donate Books, Receive Books’?

How can you be a part of this initiative?

If you are a Corporate House…  Set up collection center at office premises; as a part of CSR activity  Encourage employees to come forward and contribute by donating books  Contact Karmayog to connect with NGOs in your area who can collect these books  Use existing relationship with NGOs to provide them with donated books  You can also use your retail outlets as collection center if it suits your nature of business.

If you are an Institute or a Club …  Set up collection center at your premises  Encourage staff, students/members and outsiders to be a part of this initiative by donating books  Karmayog, through their website, will endorse you as a collection center and also help you to connect with NGOs in your area who can collect these donated books  You can also use the collected books to start up a library/resource center in your institute/Club  You can also directly donate the collected books to municipal schools, Public libraries etc.

Contribute as an Individual …  Set up collection center at your residence  Encourage friends, relatives and your housing society to be a part of this initiative by donating books  Karmayog will help you to connect with NGOs in your area who can collect these donated books  You can also use the collected books to start up a library/resource center at your housing society  You can also directly donate the collected books to municipal schools, Public libraries etc.
