MANAGEMENT BOARD 3 Legislative Background Originated in 1983 Described in Part VII of the Canada Petroleum Resources Act (CPRA) Ministers of NRCan, IANC responsible NL, NS Accord legislation provides for application to Accord areas C-NLOPB, C-NSOPB approve levies for their respective areas of jurisdiction
