GHIL Advanced Framework MaterialAdvanced Framework Material - Fibre-reinforced Vectris material - Fibre-reinforced Vectris material - Metal-free, translucent frameworks - Metal-free, translucent frameworks

GHIL Proven fibre-reinforced technologyProven fibre-reinforced technology –Composed of several layers of fibre wafers –Uniaxially oriented fibre bundles –Organic polymer matrix –Excellent elasticity and distribution of strain

GHIL Outstanding translucencyOutstanding translucency –Metal-free, translucent Vectris High Flexual strengthHigh Flexual strength

GHIL 1. Modelling –Wax up a simple beam-like pontic on the model –3mm wax wire diameter –Check the interdental space 2. Fabricate a silicone key and remove the wax – Remove the remaining segment –Make the silicone key –Leave the occlusal area open –Remove the wax –Apply 2 more coat of Targis Model Separator –Vectris Glue apply

GHIL 3. Framework fabrication –Place a Vectris Pontic in the occlusal opening of the silicone key, according to the situation –Second pontic rope –Adjust the level; Highest point of Model=Below the level of container –Fill the pellets up to maximum 1 cm below the preparation margin –Place the transparent foil flat on the bridge –A process combining vacuum, pressure, and light in the state-of-art Vectris VS 1 produces highly accurate, bubble-free frameworks - P1 for 9 minutes

GHIL 3. Finishing –Finish Vectris Pontic with tungsten carbide bur –Blast with aluminum oxide 1 bar pressure –Steam clean Pontic dimension:Pontic dimension: Diameter: 2mm Diameter: 2mm Occlusal stop: 0.3 mm Occlusal stop: 0.3 mm –Apply Vectris Wetting agent –Wait for 60 sec and blow of the excess

GHIL –Trim the silicone key to expose the preparation margin –Make the silicone key convex. –4/5 of the crown length must be exposed. –Apply 2 more coat of separator –Replace it on the model

GHIL 4. Timming of Vectris Frames –Trim the Frames –Small cuts for optimum adaptation –Apply Vectris Glue –Adjust level –Optimum adaptation and curing is achieved with the fully automatic Vetrix VS 1 franework former

GHIL 5. Bridge Framework –The finished framework made of Vectris Pontic and Bectris Frame is ready for the esthetic Targis veneer –Remove cervical excess up to 2/3 of the crown length –Blast with aluminum oxide at 1 bar –Steam clean

GHIL Molar framework –Vectris Singles are used to fabricate esthetic single posterior frameworks easily and accurately
