Design and implementation of ARIS methodology-based process modeling and management platform 授課教師李增坪 老師 組員王崇宇 李高忍 範氏玉梅

目錄  摘要  介紹  ARIS methodology  設計與實施  結論  心得  參考文獻

 ARIS (Architecture of Integrated Information Systems) is an approach to enterprise modeling  It offers methods for analyzing processes and taking a holistic view of process design, management, work flow, and application processing.holistic  The ARIS also is a powerful business process modeling tool.business process modeling  Developed by IDS Scheer, Germany. ARIS methodology

 ARIS Methodology’s core is to propose the house structure theory and Stressed the integration of models and principles of multi-view.

Organization view Organization view Data view Data view Function view Function view Process view Product/ Service view ARIS methodology

FUNCTION VIEW A function view allow us to see a technical task or activity performed for an object to support one or more business objectives

DATAVIEW Data view includes a description of the semantic data model (SDM) of the area of consideration. This description covers both the objects that specify the start and end events of a process chain and the current state of the relevant process chain environment Examples of Attributes of the ‘Customer’ entity type

ORGANIZATION VIEW The Organization view displays the structure of the organization (for example, organization units and employees)

PROCESS VIEW The relationships between the objects of the data, organization, and function views are analyzed in the control / process view. The relationships to be analyzed resulted from the connection between views. Example of an EPC

PRODUCT/SERVICE VIEW ARIS provides various model types for describing a company’s product and services Product and services are generated or provided in the course of a value creation process. They are the result of human act or technical procedure. ARIS provides various model types for describing a company’s product and services Product and services are generated or provided in the course of a value creation process. They are the result of human act or technical procedure. Product/Service tree

ARIS methodology  In these five views, the four external views are static which are also called process elements.  The middle process view is dynamic. Organization view Data view Function view Process view Product/ Service view

ARIS methodology  The describing methods of ARIS house structure process can apply to the entire corporation’s Architecture.  However, we can use the rules flexibly on this basis. Organization view Dat a vie w Functi on view Process view Product/ Service view

ARIS and VISIO  The traditional process modeling and management methods, when enterprise describe the process of business, usually uses VISIO to create flowchart, then adds process directions document and attach relevant enclosures.  ARIS is making the node element model first, then assembled the related node in the process view into the process.

Visio 2010

ARIS and Visio ARISVISIO ARIS is a modeling toolVisio a drawing tool ARIS has a data base structureVisio is a file system ARIS is method based Visio has no method ARIS can run analysisVisio not ARIS reporting over different modelsVisio no real reporting ARIS has multi user support Visio is one user

ARIS Express 的範例 My favorite Book Express order process Organization view Dat a vie w Functi on view Process view Product/ Service view

ARIS Express  ARIS Express is the perfect tool for starting with Business Process Management.  It is suitable for small and medium company  It's easy to install and allows intuitive and fast process modeling.
