Yogacise! With Class 5PM

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise for the body and mind  The Warm up…………. Wriggling my fingers warms up my hands and makes me concentrate.

Warming up makes sure we exercise safely and don’t have any injuries I’m wriggling these fingers as fast as I can! They’re warm enough!

Keeping in touch with our bodies Heads Shoulders! Knees! Toes!

Breathing properly is very important  Tom is showing us how to breathe in and hold our breath for a few seconds….. And Stuart breathes out slowly……..

Stretching out  Getting ready for the day ahead is about feeling good! Alright Mrs Mills stop showing off!

Stretch out all the tiredness! I’m going to take off in a minute! This is the life! No really- it was this big!

Stretch out your legs That’s about as far as it will go! My foot looks a long way away!

Looking good – feeling good! You can’t beat being this relaxed!
