The aim of this session is to provide you with:- Information on accident reporting Information on accident investigation First aid information

ACCIDENT/INCIDENT REPORTING All accidents/incidents etc to staff, visitors, contract workers etc, must be reported in accordance with the Company's Accident and Incident Reporting Procedure All accidents/incidents (no matter how minor) must be recorded This is a legal requirement Some serious accidents will require reporting to the Enforcing Authority under RIDDOR

RIDDOR ACCIDENTS Reporting of Incidents, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 Any serious accident that happens either to a customer or employee has to be reported if it falls under RIDDOR. By law, these must be reported to the enforcing authority. Do you know which accidents/incidents fall into this category?
