3 End Zone Play Alignment End-zone referee on goal line or just in front of line – not behind High-zone referee – inside attacking zone no deeper then highest attacking player

4 High Zone Face-off Procedure High Zone Alignment

5 Goal Scored Goal line referee points and blows goal, reports goal, then waits for center spot face-off. High zone referee retrieves puck, monitors player change, controls line change, executes center spot face-off.

6 End Zone Face-off End Zone Face-Off Alignment

7 Line Change Procedure Face-off away from benches Line Change Alignment

9 Off-Side Pass Good eye communication between referees If one referee points, other referee must wash or whistle
