Using the Remote Control 1.Remote controls will vary based on different televideo systems. 2.The remote control will be introduced in two parts: Operation for dialing Operation during the televideo call Operation during video call Operation for dialing

Using the Remote Control Operation for dialing Dial the number or IP provided by your conference scheduler.

Using the Remote Control Operation for dialing 1. Press the button to make the video call 2. Press the button to hang up the video call

Using the Remote Control Operation during video call Press “+” to increase the volume and press “–” to decrease.

Using the Remote Control Operation during video call Press Far or Near on the remote to control the cameras. Far is the distance site, near is the local site.

Using the Remote Control Operation during video call Press the Zoom button to zoom the camera in (+) or zoom out (-).

Using the Remote Control Operation during video call Press the arrow buttons to adjust camera angels.

Using the Speakers/Microphone 1.Normally sound comes from the speaker of LCD television if there are no extra speakers installed in the meeting room. 2.Remember to control the volume from the remote control as we stated in the previous page, not from the television.

Using the Speakers/Microphone The microphone picks up the sound in the meeting room. We suggest you turn off your personal cellphone or beeper to prevent interruption.

Using the Speakers/Microphone 1.You can mute the microphone by pushing the mute button on top. 2.When the microphone is muted you can see the red lights on the microphone. Mute Button

Using the Polycom Telephone Speaker Microphone 1.The Polycom conference phone operates as a microphone and as a speaker for audio-only calls. 2.Point-to-point or multipoint audio calls can be conducted.

Using the Polycom Telephone Use the keypad like you would a regular phone and dial the number provided by conference scheduler.

Using the Polycom Telephone Press to make, answer, or hang up a call.

Using the Polycom Telephone Press to adjust the volume.

Using the Polycom Telephone Press key to mute your microphone so the distance site can’t hear you.

Using Laptop Projection Laptop content (presentations, websites, etc.) is projected by connecting a VGA cable to the video conferencing equipment and the computer.

Using Laptop Projection To project this content over the televideo conference, you need to install video sharing software on the laptop before the televideo meeting starts. Once the technician has installed the software on the computer you can log in to the system to start presenting. Presentations can be loaded onto the computer or on a flash drive.

Using Laptop Projection To connect the televideo conference to your laptop software, you type in and connect to the IP address that the televideo service technician provides to you.

Using Laptop Projection Click on the share button on the laptop and your projection will be viewed at both the local and distance sites.

Using Peripherals – Document Camera The televideo system can also connect auxiliary equipment, such as a document camera. You can project the object or paper document and show it to the far site.

Using Peripherals - Stethoscope Other peripherals, such as the digital stethoscope, can be used for clinical visits. To use this instrument, you must install the receiver and headphones at the clinician site. The patient site must then have the digital stethoscope to listen to your patients breathing or heart.

Using Peripherals - Otoscope The otoscope is also available for diagnosis in a televideo clinic. The scope is connected at the distance site, and the clinician can see the real-time image remotely.

Thank You
