Family and Prayer You can't learn how to sail from a book... likewise, you can’t learn to pray from a book. We yearn for prayer and also hide from it. We are attracted to it and we are repelled by it. We believe that prayer is something that we should do and even want to do, but it seems like there is a chasm between us, desiring to pray and actually praying

Family and Prayer  Praying for our children is the duty of a godly parent. 1 Ch 29:19 : ‘Give my son Solomon the wholehearted desire to obey all your commands, decrees, and principles and to build this Temple ……

Family and Prayer Job 1:5………. Early in the morning he would sacrifice a burnt offering for each of them, thinking, “Perhaps my children have sinned and cursed God in their hearts. Prov11:21 evil people will be punished, but the children of the godly will go free
