WORKSHOP B1 PARTICIPANTS PROPOSE to the governments of the Baltic Sea countries to work closely together with NGOs dealing with lifelong learning, civic education and labour market issues; to get know each other and to have a dialogue for NGOs to implement and develop the Lifelong Learning Strategies in their countries and share best practices with representatives of other countries in the region to select the best programmes, experiences and solutions for NGOs dealing with lifelong learning and civic education for better employment and to recommend these for other Baltic Sea NGOs not only at the Baltic Sea forums, but also through creating networks between NGO-s of the Baltic Sea countries to have an active exchange of experience on the aforementioned topics between the forums.
