Nominations Needed for the Ballot

All Potential Candidates Must Meet the Following: O Held membership in the state and national associations for at least the last three (3) years immediately preceding the nomination; O Demonstrated leadership ability in a chapter affiliate by participating at a state conference, and/or O Served on a state committee or advisory board, and O Shall have demonstrated interest in and knowledge of Association affairs.

All Potential Candidates Travel Involved: O Attend one (1) National Conference O Attend at least (2) Executive Board meetings per year O Attend FSNA Annual Conference and FSNA Board Orientation at Leadership Seminar O Expenses to required meetings will be paid according to established FSNA policies

President-Elect O Qualifications: O Previous Executive Board experience O Attended three (3) of the last five (5) FSNA Annual Conferences O Attended one (1) of the last (5) Annual National Conferences

President-Elect, continued O Responsibilities include, but not limited to: O Serves one (1) year as President-Elect O Serves one (1) year as President O Attends Region Seminars as assigned by the President O Chair of FSNA House of Delegates O Advisor to the Region Directors

Secretary/Treasurer O Responsibilities include, but not limited to: O Serves for a two (2) year term O Accurately records and submits in a timely manner all minutes of the Executive Board and the House of Delegates. O Supervises and monitors Association funds, investments, and securities. O Drafts a proposed annual budget in collaboration with the President, President- Elect, and Executive Director.

Administrative/Supervisory Section Chair O Responsibilities include, but not limited to: O Serves for a two (2) year term O National and state member the A/S Section Membership Category O Promotes the Association’s Strategic Plan and President’s Initiatives O Promotes Membership in the Association O Provides leadership and support O Plans a section meeting and program for FSNA Annual Conference and Industry Seminar

Region Directors-Elect (I, III, V, VII) O Responsibilities include, but not limited to: O Region Director-Elect for one (1) year O Region Director for a two (2) year term O Voting limited to membership of the region concerned O Provides recommendations to the nominating committee O Assists Region Director in promoting membership and planning Region Seminar O Becomes the liaison between the chapter affiliated in the region and the Executive Board
