My journey Started in 2003 to assist in my marathon training. Studied with Lilias Folan “ First lady of yoga” Worked in palliative care started using yoga to help pts with anxiety, breathing, constipation, pain. Enrolled in 200 hr yoga training program 2014 Richard Rosen, Master teacher with PD. Volunteer with Project Yoga
