Now he is employed as a plasterer Denise was a farmworker and now has the opportunity to work in an office. SHE LOVES IT! THEY LOVE HER! Financial literacy skill training helps participants manage their finances once they get sustainable employment. Solar panel installation training has opened doors for each participant. David was a pecan picker. Now he is making $10.00 an hour
