Why to use a filter ? Atmospheric air contains in its origin impurities like dust, hydrocarbons and water in form of humidity. After the compressor phase, these impurities are delivered ( with eventual oil particles ) in the distribution line, generating abrasive and corrosive emulsion which can:  Damage the distributor lines increasing the leakage risk  Reduce the efficiency and life span of the pneumatic devices  Deteriorate the final product quality  Limits the reliability of the production process and all its components
