Leadership Cases Group Presentation Instructions

Your team will have 15 minutes to present their leadership case (including questions and answers). The main goal of this group assignment is to analyze a business or political leader to learn more about effective leadership. Select a business or political leader of your interest and prepare a presentation with the following structure.

Structure Situation: Explain the business context in which the leader is working. Complication: What are the challenges and/or opportunities that the leader is facing? Question: What are the issues that need attention? Answer: How the leader addresses the key issues.
