Logging Into Naviance Go to your future HS’s family connection site Log on using your student ID number as your username and date of birth as your password Ross S. Sterling High School Robert E. Lee High School Goose Creek Memorial High School Impact Early College High School Peter E. Hyland

STUDENT ID NUUMBER DATE OF BIRTH Use 2 digits for the month you were born, Use 2 digits for the day you were born and Use 4 digits for the year you were born

Once you are logged in, click on the courses tab

Next, click “manage my course plans”

Now click “add a new plan”

CHOOSE THIS PLAN

LET’S GET STARTED BEGIN WITH ENGLISH LET’S TRY THE FIRST ONE TOGETHER

CLICK THE BUTTON NEXT TO THE 4 ENGLISH COURSES YOU PLAN TO TAKE One course for each year of high school Scroll to the bottom and click “add selected courses to your draft plan”

Now select the grade in which you plan to take the courses, click okay

Holding the cursor over a course, allows the course description to pop up

Green check mark means you are done with that requirement Here is info about the graduation requirements The ruler tracks your progress This section shows what you have in your plan by subject/requirement

Your draft plan shows what’s in your plan each year by grade level Click the “X” to remove a course from your plan

Once all courses have been entered Click review and finalize

Read your alerts to be sure you don’t need to go back and revise your plan

You can click “view by grade level”, if you prefer to see the plan this way. It defaults to “view by requirements”

You can now exit the course planner
