Page 20 Choose your first site from the “Select your location / BTN” drop down list. Complete all information related to that location. Once first site is completed, click on the Add to List / Update button.

Page 22 Copy button Access online tools Place an Order To copy the information associated with a location to use for another location select the Copy button next to that location. The data associated with that location will be displayed in the “Service Location Information” screen. Select the location in the “Select your location” drop down. All information you chose for the first location will be displayed. You can then keep all the same location data or update.

Page 23 Modify button Access online tools Place an Order To modify the information associated a location, select the Modify button next to that location. The data associated with that location will be displayed in the “Service Location Information” screen with the address grayed out. You can now change any of the information in the Service Location Information screen.

Page 24 Remove button Access online tools Place an Order To remove a location, select the Remove button. A pop up will display with “Previously entered data will be lost.” If OK is selected this removes the location from the location list box. If Cancel is selected the pop up will close.
