Presentation transcript:

Pump is Blue part (right) - timer is black (left side) New Electrical Outlet This Photo shows where the Re-Cir pump is installed on the Output line on your Hot Water Heater – also shown in an electrical plug he adds to power the pump. As you can see, the left side of the pump unit has a clock that is set to the actual time and is similar to a electrical timer - can be programmed to run when you desire it to (I have an additional attachment that covers setting the timer and programming the timer)

Valve Added with added Water Lines This is the furthist point on the Hot Water Feed Line – Next Slide explains the function of this Value

This Photo shows a new Water Value installation: Cold Water line from wall connects to Right side of Value, Hot Water line from wall connects to Left side of Value, Cold water line to Faucet connects to Upper Right Outlet on Value & Hot water line to Faucet connects to Upper Left Outlet on Value. Pump Not Running: If faucet is used in this room, Hot Water would flow from wall line directly to Faucet. Pump is Running: Increased pressure in the Hot Water line would force the Hot Water on this Hot Water Run to flow through this Value and back feed through the Cold Water feed line (i.e. cooler water in the Hot Water line would be flushed and new “At Hot Water Tank Temperature” water replenished in the Hot Water Line. Only disadvantage is the water in the Cold Water line will be somewhat warmer.
