System Error Job Seekers Employers don’t really want to hire Why should I get paid less for doing the same work? Where do I apply? I apply and apply, with no response Employers have no loyalty Employers Drugs Not showing up on time No good applicants Just imagine what they could make $_____ in a year if they just stick with it Job seekers have no loyalty Many job seekers once they apply for jobs at a company will not apply again at a later date. They often assume that the company always keeps their application/resume on file. Without communication to those who are not selected, the odds of them applying for another job at the same company are limited. 8 8

If your application system is unnecessarily complicated, job seekers will quit prior to completing the process. What is an intentional barrier vs. unintentional? 12
