Multiplying Decimals  Multiply the numbers as if they are ordinary numbers.  Count the total number of decimal places in the two factors.  The number of decimal places in the answer must equal the total number of decimal places in the two factors.  Add as many zeros as you need between the decimal and the answer to get the needed number of decimal places
