Avoid Predatory Lenders
Presentation transcript:

If It Doesn’t Say “Attorney”, It’s Not Credit Repair. Lender to Investor Proposition: Lender: What is your “Plan B” for a “Turned-Down” Applicant? Investor: Are you willing to work with your Lender to get you funding? On AutoPlay, 19 Seconds per page; 5 min total

AFTER A FUNDING “TURN DOWN”  Lenders drop Applicants after the Prospective Client is declined for credit reasons. The reason: They don’t have a “Plan B” for the “Turned-Down” Client.  AttorneyCreditRepair.com ’s “ Affiliate Partners ” value their clients, and do offer a “Plan B”, or “Step 2”:  The “Turned-Down” Applicants are referred to a “Special Agent” who will introduce the Law Firm’s program to create “Credit-worthiness ” for the Client, and bring the Client back for funding after Law Firm Credit Restoration.

Credit is for Investments  Individuals with high credit scores are not necessarily “prime” for Investment Firm Programs  A 720 Credit Score may look good on the surface, but:  Derogatory items, such as: Bankruptcies, & Foreclosures, may exclude an otherwise Great Candidate from Superlative Investment Opportunities

Investors Have Choices for Credit Repair  1. Do it Themselves: (Get form-letters in return from the bureaus and creditors)  2. Hire a Regular “Credit Repair” Company: Who operates under the Fair Credit Repair Reporting Act  3. Hire a Law Firm : Who operates under Consumer Law, and can make demands based on Case Law challenges and appeals.

Why use an Attorney for Credit Repair?  Law firms use regulations under “Consumer Law”, that Regular Credit Repair companies cannot use.  The most powerful legislation for consumer rights  Time lines attached to actions, by law  Opens Creditors and Bureaus up for huge fines if not compliant to laws in a timely manner

And, Law Firms…  Challenge the “Verification Process” used by the credit bureaus before they added information to a consumer file, not the validity of the item itself  Example: “Bankruptcy”: Not: “Did this bankruptcy occur”?, but rather… “What methods of verification did you use to substantiate this item, and did you follow the law related to that verification, according to Law…”?

Regular Credit Repair companies…  Send form letters on your behalf…  Ask the bureau to remove an item  Receive a form letter in return  Cannot make legal demands  Usually have a low cost, or a monthly fee, with no real motivation to finish your repair.  Cannot remove the “Hard Stuff”, like Bankruptcies, Foreclosures, etc.

Our Contracted Law Firm  Cannot make Guarantees, by law.  Takes your Consumer Law case seriously  Can finance your law case for you  A Federally Licensed, Brick & Mortar, Multi-Office, Full Service Law Firm  Pre-Negotiated Pricing only through our Special Agents, approximately 70% off of standard law firm billing

A Law Firm You can Be Proud of:  Makes challenges based on Case Law  Sends letters on Law Firm Letterhead  Sends correspondence by Certified Mail  Gives the Bureaus dates by which actions must be taken.

Makes “Demands” on Your Behalf  Remove derogatory items that Bureaus cannot verify  Force Verification of items on multiple points, by law  “Respond or Remove”, by a specific date, by law  Remove items or face law suit, based on statutes, cited in the correspondence.

The Attorney Dilemma  Most Law Firms won’t take Consumer Law cases: most clients can’t afford the long fight.  Law Firms invoice based on an hourly rate, making Consumer Law cases very expensive  The vast majority of Law Firms are NOT FEDERALLY LICENSED to take Consumer Credit Cases, a requirement to challenge the Credit Bureaus.

Our Contracted Law Firm  Federally Licensed, multi-office, full service, firm  Highly experienced in Consumer Law cases for Individuals  Understands Investor and Consumer needs, where fast action and measurable results are required  Has a desire to get your case handled

OUR AFFILIATES CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS  Our Affiliate Partners are interested in YOU.  They want you to receive the best service possible, both from their loan processors, and from the law firm. Your satisfaction is paramount.  The Special Agent assigned to your case, will lead you through every step of the process. You are never alone.  As soon as your Credit is Restored, you can be Re- Presented for credit approval, perhaps at a figure higher than your original application.

Do you need Hard Items removed?  AttorneyCreditRepair.com is your answer:  Contracted to a real brick and mortar law firm  Federally Licensed for consumer law actions  Challenges made on Law Firm Letterhead  Client sees action in real time through client portal  Experienced with Highly Satisfied Clients  Challenge via multiple mediums, confusing their automated system, forcing their hand

Simple Steps to Get Started NOW  If you need help with financing, start your case for as little as $199 Down  Simple sign up; the Special Agent fills out forms for you  No false expectations; we deliver results  We get you “Investor Ready” in short order  No-Cost First Consultation with Case Manager

Call Your Investor-Client Contact:   Your Special Agent Representative:  The Special Agent assigned to you, (or Henly Magee)   OR  OR, The Special Agent who brought you to this site.
