My Personal Reflection My High School Classes Name: Today’s Date: My Grade: My Interests & Talents My College and/or Career Choices Example Academic & Career Plan Parent Signature: Science Fair Winner, Hiking, Sailing, Reading, Animals, Swimming, Fishing, Being Outside Today I visited vaview.org and learned about the career of Wildlife Biologist. To get this career I’ll need to take lots of challenging Science classes in school. I love working with animals and think I would make a great Zoologist or Veterinarian. I’ll also need to go to a 4 year college and then work on a masters or doctoral degree. I need to earn good grades to get there and volunteer for clubs involving nature and animals. I explored the Agriculture, Food & Natural Resource Career Cluster and was interested in becoming a wildlife biologist. I can go to Virginia Tech! I need Science Classes, including: Physical Science, Earth Science, Biology. I also need to focus on Computers & Technology, English language and Math like Algebra, Geometry, Calculus and Statistics. VVTC offers a Small Animal Care and Vet Assistant classes that I may apply for.

Ultimate fighting, wood working, following instructions to build things, model airplanes, Agriscience and Technology classes. My Personal Reflection My High School Classes Name: Today’s Date: My Grade: My Interests & Talents My College and/or Career Choices Example Academic & Career Plan Parent Signature: Today I explored Manufacturing jobs on VA View and I’m really interested in the career of Carpentry or Cabinet Making. I like to help my Grandpa build things in his workshop. I have to start working on improving my Math skills. I want to learn more about the programs offered at VVTC. After high school I can look into taking some college courses that could improve my skill. I need to take agriculture and technology classes like Basic Technical Design, Manufacturing, Ag Production (wood working). Math classes are important: including Algebra and Geometry. I want to apply to VVTC to take Cabinet Making or Carpentry If I want a job in Cabinet or Carpentry I need to consider some courses at VVTC. After I graduate high school there are lots of community and technical colleges I can attend for further training.
