 Human resources manages programs concerns with the employment and treatment of workers. Oversees the hiring and firing of employment and supervise workers. Develops plans to inform workers of their employment rights and benefits.

 Bachelor’s degree is the path into this occupation but many college and universities do not offer programs in Human Resources until graduate degree leave.  Many college offer special courses at the undergraduate level in concentrations in human resources.
