Dear friends, to present our school we would like to offer you pictures guided by the most needed written information. Our school started about 75 years ago as a vocational schools for girls. Nuns learned them how to make clothes. This gave the girls the opportunity to work in the clothing factories. Nowadays our school offers technical and general education to more the 1550 boys and girls.

General Secondary Education Emphasies a broad theoretical education. It provides a strong basis for higher education of long qualification. In our school the pupils can follow different courses as there are: Economy-Modern Languages, Economy-Mathematics, Latin-Modern Languages, Latin-Mathematics, Latin-Science, Latin-Greek Mathematics-Modern Languages, Mathematics-Science Sports-Science When a subject is announced (for instance 'Sports' or 'Modern Languages') the pupils have at least 5 lesson hours each week on this subject.

Technical Secondary Education Focuses on the theoretical aspects of technical training. After graduating in TSO, one can study in higher educational system of short qualification. In our school the pupils can choose between: Chemistry-assistent, Physical Education and Sport, Technical Science Social Technical Science. On each subject the pupils have at least 12 theoretical-technical lessonhours each week.

Beside following lessons pupils make trips to… Calais, Paris, and Italy Through European exchange projects pupils went to: Danmark, Holland, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Spain, Sweden and Slowakia.

Our pupils organize all kind of activities… Once a year they make Christmas bouquets for lonely feeling old people, They collect new toys for kids without parents, They celebrate the last 100 days at school, They have a ‘Nicaragua-committee’ to collect money for projects. We have a pupils council, …
