Elevator Speech Share Out Question

Review What are the requirements of a whole-school literacy plan and the characteristics of a great one? Why are whole-school literacy plans so vital to implement? How can we design and implement a great whole-school literacy plan as we consider our challenges and solutions—and present a solution-oriented pitch to the right people?

What do you consider to be the most compelling challenge/solution to implementing a great whole-school literacy plan at a school with which you work? What questions still remain that you would like to have answered?
