Unit 7.1_Lesson 1_Resource 1b_SurfSeekers Holidays presentation 2 SurfSeeker Holidays Online bookings A survey carried out by our sales team reported that young people prefer to book online, while older people still prefer to book through a high street travel agency. 87% of our sales are to people aged 19–30. We have redesigned our website to make it easier for people to book their holidays online. We have seen a 35% increase in online booking since August.
