History of chocolate 林鴻任 張育慎

History Of Chocolate The name most likely came from the “Nahuatl” language which is spoken by around 1.5 million Nahua people in Central Mexico. Spaniards had coined the word by taking the Maya word “chocol” and then replacing the Maya term for water, “haa”, with the Aztec “atl”.

Hernán Cortés Pizarro, a Spanish conquistador, found Aztec Indians using cocoa beans, an important material in producing Chocolate, he took “Chocolatl” back to Spain and introduced it to the Spanish people.

This new drink became popular and rapidly spread throughout the country. Today, chocolate is warmly welcomed by people in every country around the globe.

White chocolate It contains sugar, cocoa butter, milk or milk powder, and vanilla. It tastes sweet and may smell like milk

Dark chocolate Also called "plain chocolate" or "black chocolate", is produced by adding fat and sugar, except milk. It’s cocoa percentages ranging from 70% to 99%

Reflection( 敘荃 ) After this report, we found there were so many chocolate presence in a lot of festivals. We found that the chocolate has played different role in different festivals, and we found that the chocolate has some health benefits to our body. We think that there is no body hate the food.

Reflection( 昆宏 ) Through this work, I know more about chocolate, such likes its history and it may makes good affects to our body. Form now I’ll like chocolate much more then ever.

Reflection( 育慎 ) After this report, I learn a lot of things about chocolate. Next time, when I am eating or drinking, I will think more.

Reflection( 鴻任 ) through this work,I learned more much about the history of chocolate. And I knew how the chocolate change the world. Chocolate is also one of the favorite food for me.

Reflection( 浩慶 ) I learn many thing in this work. Although has some difficulties. However we slowly complete the work. I enjoy the press.

Reflection( 佑霖 ) I have learned very much by this report. I really didn’t know too much knowledge which about chocolate before this speech. I know that there are many kinds of chocolate. For example, white chocolate, milk chocolate and so on.

Reflection( 任捷 ) We have good teamwork in this report and finish all work in time. However, we are positive. I believe we enjoy this report and do our best. I have heart disease. Meanwhile, I am easily nervous. So my doctor said that I can eat chocolate to relax myself. Therefore, chocolate is my favorite food. Now, I know more knowledge about chocolate in this report. I love chocolate forever.
