VIDEO Automatic camera view layout depending on the screen resolution video panel size (same as WSPRO) Video panel size can be adjusted by dragging the border between video panel and panels on the right. This also adjusts the size of the slider. there needs to be some max and min limit on how far this border can be adjusted. Available views: All cameras or one camera only. Switching between views by double-clicking on the camera view (same as WSPRO) Camera name bar at the top outside of the video area (so it doesn’t cover video). No need for transparency, or close/minimize icons User customizations: Background gradient Background grid Camera name bar gradient Camera name text color

OPTIONS Currently shown icons are only symbolic to show the general layout 1st implementation should include the analysis configuration icon only (gear icon). This option opens a modal window with settings pertaining to the classification of each pipe as OK, reject or rework User customizations: Background gradient Read icon images from Skins directory Read IVS logo from Skins directory

PIPE LIST LIVE shows last 4 pipes (including currently processed pipe) the currently processed pipe is highlighted in black and it’s always shown on top when no pipe is being processed, the user can view any of the 4 pipes. when a new pipe comes, the pipe list is updated and the system automatically switches to the current pipe. No other pipes can be clicked on at this time HISTORY Shows last nn pipes specified in wspconfig Only available when no pipe is not being processed when a new pipe comes, the view immedialty switches to LIVE LIVE and HISTORY Accept, Reject or Rework statuses are shown as icons The currently selected pipe is shown by outlining the pipe field User customizations: Panel title bar is common for all panels with a title gradient and text color 4 sides gradient and 4 corners color Panel background gradient Panel divider lines (dark and light) Event text color normal and selected Event selection outline color and line width Read icon images from Skins directory Control names in QT Linguist

PIPE INFO Displays all static and dynamic pipe info Timestamp, lot and sequence number are static and are taken from the trigger log Total number of defects and area are dynamic and are updated continuously based on the data in the results file. CAMERAS At this time, this panel is an indicator only. Camera color changes depending status of the currently shown frame for each camera. The drawing is done in Visio and camera background color is linked to GUI through COM automation.
