Tryouts begin AUGUST 15, 2012

Equipment Necessary for Tryouts: Goggles, Shin guards, Mouth guard, cleats, sneakers, stick, and water Attire for Tryouts: Please wear black shorts and a white shirt with the last name printed on the back.

Athletes will be assessed based on the following: 1)Field Hockey Skills 2)Running Times (long distance/sprints) 3)Coachablilty, attitude, enthusiasm, preparedness, leadership

Condition: 1)Workout provided in packet and/or 2)Summer workouts on Tues/Thurs Camps: 1)Campion's Edge FH camp at Monmouth University- July ) Total Dutch Field Hockey Camps- Somerset, NJ

Sports Physicals for Fall participation will be held in the North Building, Room 107 on the following dates/times: Tuesday, June 12 th 2:30-5:30 Tuesday, June19th 12:30-5:30 Please keep letter confirming your child is cleared! Please have ALL paperwork done by no later than July 15! I will each family when I receive notification of that athlete being cleared so if you do not hear from me when we get close to tryouts and you think you have all your forms in, please let me know so we can work things out BEFORE AUG 15 th !

Athletes will be notified on August 18 th whether or not they will be invited to be part of the 2012 program. (*Notes: planning on keeping teams small) BOOT CAMP STARTS on August 20 th for all players in the program Boot Camp Sessions: Back to Basics Awesome Offense Dynamite Defense Stellar Stick work Thursday August 23- SCRIMMAGE/Lunch Friday- Program wide Field Day
