Your business will receive the following, to run August14th- August 26 th Minimum of 35,000 online ad impressions across all 5 stations August 14 th -August 26 th Minimum of 5 newsletters sent to our stations loyal listeners the week of August 19 th. That’s over 44,000 people! Minimum of 20 on-air and on-line spots promotions per station to run August 14 th -August 26 th ( Minimum 100) Minimum of 7 on-air and on-line live chatter promotions per station to run August 14 th -August 26 th (Minimum 28) 85% of the Retail Value in Advertising credits to be used towards Radio, Digital or Event marketing with TSM In Return from you: One item or package for a minimum value of $500 to be auctioned

INTERNAL-STRATEGY_ Auction August 23 rd -26 th Online leaderboard and banner ads, newsletters and promotions to include information on auction dates and items auctioned Seize the Deal, Grand Rapids home page will have an online banner that will be displayed to promote the auction Prior to August 23 rd, creation of an auction preview page that will allow consumers to preview the items that will be available during the auction. When the auction goes live on August 23rd, the morning show on-air personalities will promote the opening of the auction and continue throughout the weekend with live updates on current bids for popular items. On the auction closing date, August 26 th, on air personalities will inform listeners of the auction closing time of 6pm as well as updates on the most recent bids. Automated s will be sent to current bidders reminding them to keep an eye on their items and to place any further bids. Auction Items will begin their bidding at 40% of retail Value Bidding increments are relative to price of the auctions Auto Bids are available and bidder will receive an sent when they have been outbid and a link to sign back in
