 The monkey has a coconut in his hand.  Coconut /(K ə VK ə nдt) (kovk ə nnAt)(n) means large brown fruit with milk inside.  Coconuts grow in hot countries.  Coconuts grow at the tops of tall trees.  Does he have a coconut in his hand?  Do you like to eat coconut or apple ? which is better?

 The monkey can climb trees easily  Climb /kl ə Im / means to go up = ( v)  Are you climbing the mountain?  Can a cat climb a tree?  Do you like to climb a tree?

 Farmers work on the land. They raise fruits and vegetables. They also raise animals.  Land= (n) farm – field – apiece of ground for farming they bought a piece of land built a house  Where do farmers work?  What do farmers do on the land?

 If you had a land, what would you do ?  Do your father have a land ?  What do your father grow it?  Raise ( V) / reIZ / means to grow  Some farmers raise coconuts in the field  Some farmers raise cows  What do farmers do ?

 Monkeys work as farmhands on the farm. they help farmers  farmhand (n) / fa(r)mh ə ends/ means farm worker  Some boys work as farmhands  A farmhand helps farmers.  Where does a farmhand work?  What does a farmhand do?  Do you like to work as farmhand on the farm?

 Cows are eating grass in the field.  Grass (n) /gr ə es / means green plant  Field means apiece of land – farm, /fi:ld/  We shouldn’t walk on grass in parks.  All farmers are busy in their fields in summer.  Do you have a field ?  Do you grow crops on your field ?  If you had a field, what would you do?

 The monkey is a clever animal.  He knows that a brown coconut is ripe. He picks the brown ones.  Clever (adj) (Klev ə r) means smart /quick at learning  clever students learn and understand fast and easily.  Are you a clever student?  Do you learn fast?  Ripe ( adj ) / raIp / means / not green /  A ripe tomato is red  Ripe oranges are good to eat.

 Pick = / PIK / means to take a flower or fruit from a tree (v)  I went to our garden to pick some fruits and flower  When do we pick fruits?  Do you pick the flowers?  Which is better a green orange or a ripe orange?

 Monkeys are funny animals. it is fun for children to see monkeys  Funny means making you laugh / fΛΛI / adj  Do you know any funny jokes?  Why do children like monkeys?  Where can children see monkeys?

 Make a sentence that consists of the new word for the students. Write a sentence which has more new words as possible.  We pick fruits when they are ripe  Farmers raise coconuts in fields.
