Summary from SITS Conference ‘13 Dialogue with Tribal - web-site/page to enable STN to host materials/minutes etc. Create a profile of SITS Trainers (web-site/MySITS/Social Media). Training topics (or the work of the STN) to be included on RUG agendas? Mix of opinions with regards to 1 or 2 day STN events. Continue to showcase Institution approaches to SITS Training. In today’s Agenda: Formalising STN during 2014 (i.e. agreeing Terms of Reference) Production of STN logo and a newsletter. STN to create a training template that could be used by other Institutions (in collaboration with Tribal Group Plc).

Formalising STN: Minute Taking Prior to future events, co-chairs will put out a call to all delegates for volunteers to assist with minute taking (main sessions, presentations, breakouts etc). After each event, co-chairs will collate minutes to issue to all STN members.

Workshop: Basic Framework Manual Standard STN Template. Reusable for all Institutions. A collaborative approach to content creation. Sections written by STN members. What will the sections be? What will be featured in each section (tools etc)? Compile a dataset for the course (as an XPC file)? STN co-chairs & Tribal representative as “Editors”?
