Instructional Design Aeman Alabuod

Instructional Design instructional Design (also called Instructional Systems Design (ISD)) is the practice of creating "instructional experiences which make the acquisition of knowledge and skill more efficient, effective, and appealing."[1] The process consists broadly of determining the current state and needs of the learner, defining the end goal of instruction. It is the practice of creating "instructional experiences which make the acquisition of knowledge and skill more efficient, effective, and appealing.

Instructional Design Theory Learning Theory Instructional Design Model instructional design theory is a theory that offers explicit guidance on how to better help people learn and develop. The kinds of learning and development may include cognitive, emotional, social, physical, and spiritual. Learning theories are conceptual frameworks that describe how information is absorbed, processed, and retained during learning. Learning brings together cognitive, emotional, and environmental influences and experiences for acquiring, enhancing, or making changes. Instructional Design Model is depicted in little step-by-step rectangular boxes leading to the impression that you complete each one in the order shown. Some of them interest in how to make people learn and develop while others interest in destructive. Also, most of these theories improve many aspects in our lives such as learning, social, and emotions. Learning theory help us to learn in creativity ways.

Instructional Design There are many different instructional design models from which to choose. Many of these models have common features such component mouthed: *Needs assessment. *Goal and objective identification. *Audience and setting analysis. *Content and delivery development. *Evaluation and redesign In these mouthed we can component many ways to gather such as solve problem. In this mouthed we can use different style to do one thing

Analysis In the analysis phase, the instructional problem is clarified, the instructional goals and objectives are established, and the learning environment and learner's existing knowledge and skills are identified. Below are some of the questions addressed during the analysis phase: A systematic exploration of the way things are and the way things should be the difference is the performance gap.

Design The design phase deals with learning objectives, assessment instruments, exercises, content, subject matter analysis, lesson planning and media selection. The design phase should be systematic and specific. Systematic means a logical, orderly method of identifying, developing and evaluating a set of planned strategies targeted for attaining the project's goals. Specific means each element of the instructional design plan needs to be executed with attention to details.

Development: The development phase is where instructional designers and developers create and assemble the content assets that were blueprinted in the design phase. In this phase, storyboards and graphics are designed. If elearning is involved, programmers develop and/or integrate technologies. Testers perform debugging procedures. The project is reviewed and revised according to the feedback received. Using the information gathered in the Analysis and Design phase. The performance solution is created.

Implementation: During the implementation phase, a procedure for training the facilitators and the learners is developed. The training facilitators should cover the course curriculum, learning outcomes, method of delivery, and testing procedures. Preparation of the learners includes training them on new tools (software or hardware) and student registration. Implementation is also evaluation of the design. This is also the phase where the project manager ensures that the books, hands-on equipment, tools, CD-ROMs and software are in place, and that the learning application or website is functional. This stage includes delivery of the performance solution.

Evaluation: The evaluation phase consists of two parts: formative and summative. Formative evaluation is present in each stage of the ADDIE process Measurement of how well the performance solution achieved the objectives.

Why Use Instructional Design Because we want to help people to design and develop learning process. Also, we can solve some problems when we use instactional Design. Furthermore, instructional design can develop many systems in the life For example, educational system. Finally, it will make our lives more convenient than before.
