Local NGO, VPP, obtains donor funding to: clear debris from devastated neighborhood procure/distribute low-cost Chinese tents for homeless set up voucher system for housing repair kits (homeowners will use vouchers to obtain kits at building material supplier; supplier to be reimbursed by VPP Stakeholders support, praise VPP’s efforts Task: As a team, brainstorm possible environmental impacts (positive as well as negative) of VPP activities Mod 6 Ses 1
