What is transport? The vehicles which we use to go from one place to another are called TRANSPORT.

Types of Transport There are four types of transport . Road transport . Rail transport. Water transport. Air transport.

Road transport The transport which ply on road are called road transport. For eg: Bus,car,truck,scooter,bicycle,van etc.

Rail Transport The transport which run on track are called RAIL TRANSPORT For eg:Passenger train,goods train,rail engine.

WATER TRANSPORT The transport which sail on water are called WATER TRANSPORT. For eg:Boat,ship,steamer,sub-marine etc.

AIR TRANSPORT The transport which fly in the sky are called AIR TRANSPORT. For eg:Aeroplane,Helicopter,Jet plane,etc.
