Basic Printing using Word

Print Preview  Print Preview on the file menu Or Or Print Preview Icon on the Standard Tool Bar. Print Preview Icon on the Standard Tool Bar.  Use this feature to confirm/make changes before printing.  Print feature is available on this tool.

A. Click to adjust the paper size you'll print on, margins, and page orientation of the Web page. B. Click to display specific Web pages. C. Click to get a closer look (zoom in) or a bird's- eye view (zoom out) of the Web page. D. Click the down arrow, and zoom in or out by a fixed percentage. E. Click to get more information about Print Preview. After you’re done, click the close print preview button to return to your document.

Printing Multiple Copies 1. Open print dialog box. 2. Enter the number of copies in the number of copies specification box. 3. Click OK button. Collating – Prints each copy of the document one after the other.

Canceling a print job 1. Double click the printer icon by the current time on the task bar. 2. Click the name of the word document job on the list. 3. Choose document Cancel. 4. Click Yes/OK button. 5. Close printer window.
