 Background of the problem  Motorcycle thefts is very severe on the country with an estimated loss of $370 million  Problem Statement  To prevent an attempt of stealing a motorcycle by placing a motorcycle theft alert device on the vehicle. The device will call the owner or text multiple times if the phone is busy if the motorcycle is moved, attempt to start, or being dragged.

 Chain the motorcycle when parking  Use the LoJack tracking system  Use a GSM based device that is activated by an accelerometer sensor

 A motorcycle theft alert system using a GSM based modem which is activated by an accelerometer sensor Chaining the motorcycle is time consuming and ugly to look at LoJack tracking system needs to be activated after you found out that your motorcycle is stolen. The problem is that if you discovered it was gone hours after it was stolen. Most convenient, reliable, can be embedded and stable.
