ESL Academies April Intersession 2012

Required Documents All required documents must be turned in by 4:30 on last day of Academy session. No exceptions. Roster / Attendance (include students’ id’s) Lesson Plans Parent Contact Log Green Time Sheet – signed by Administrator Hand deliver your own documents.

Student / teacher ratio – minimum of 10 students, no more than 18. Classes with less than 10 students will have to be collapsed. Class Size

Changes  3-day session  Time 8:30 – 2:30 (Students)  Teachers arrive at 8:15 and leave at 2:45  Lesson plan / Daily schedule template  Teachers will be compensated for 2 hrs. of lesson planning  Lesson plans must be submitted by March 30, 4:00 p.m. to get paid ( or hand deliver)  Teachers splitting teaching assignment will split lesson planning pay
