- 3 - MAC Consulting Proprietary and Confidential FOLDER/SUBFOLDER/TITLE/AUTHOR/COORD/DATE How will it work? s Members join on a voluntary basis for 1 year s Up to 25 members can join s As a member, you are provided with an allowance to buy books throughout the year s The books must be purchased and then claimed back from MAC s Meetings take place every 2 months in the MAC pub –2 nd Thursday of each month s Books then become part of MAC’s library and individuals can take them out as they wish s Responsibility to the bookclub is to provide an overview of what you have read and complete a one page book summary on a template. s One-pagers will the be posted on the intranet to compliment knowledge management in MAC

Agree on the detail of how the bookclub works (ground rules) 2. Agree bookclub dates for the coming year 3. Discuss process for borrowing books (i.e. who to inform; must be returned at next bookclub; bookclub summary required etc…) 4. Book summary with discussion/Q&A (we will aim to do 6 reviews) 5.
