Focaccia (for- cAT- chiA) DEFINES FLAT OVENED BAKED ITALIAN BREAD. It is highly popular in Italy and is a Childs favourite for a school snack.

A nougat confection made of honey, sugar and egg white with toasted almonds or other nuts. Nowadays it is mostly consumed as a traditional dessert for Christmas.
