Advisory Council on Dependent’s Education: ACDE Recommendations 1. Move from 21 st century learning catch phrase” to a defined execution and outcome. 2. Develop guidance for technology implementation across the enterprise that involves all stakeholders. 3. Create e-citizenship/digital expectations policy (involving educators, learners, parents, leaders and community). 4. Change 19 th /20 th century education delivery models to develop 21 st century student centered learning strategies through ongoing professional development. 5. Remove technological and policy barriers through empowerment, collaboration, innovation and integration at all levels.
