Itinerary

Tuesday, March 26 th 6:30 am - Depart from school 12:00pm - Lunch Picnic (Students provide their own bag lunch) 1:45 pm – Lincoln, Korean War, Vietnam Wall and World War II Memorials 4:00 pm – Arlington National Cemetery Iwo Jima Memorial 6:00 pm –Dinner at Pentagon City Mall (Food Court) (Meal Coupon Provided) 7:00 pm – FDR Memorial, Thomas Jefferson Memorial and MLK Memorial 9:00 pm- Hotel check in

Wednesday, March 27 th 5:30 am- Wake up call for everyone. 6:00 am- Breakfast at hotel. (Included) 6:30am - Depart hotel. 8:30am- The White House, US Capitol, US Supreme Courthouse and Library of Congress (picture stops) 10:00am - Smithsonian Museums (Meal Coupon Included at Air & Space Museum) 4:00 pm - Embassy Row, The National Cathedral (Guided Tour of Cathedral) 6:00pm- Dinner at Ronald Reagan (Food Court) (Meal Coupon Included) 8:00pm- Return to hotel

D.C. Trip It is our goal that every child attend this field trip. All field trips are subject to cancellation. All medical insurance will be on file for this trip. For overnight field trips, only chaperones of the same gender may stay with child in hotel rooms. An exception to this rule, applies when the chaperone is the parent of a student. In this instance, the child may stay in the room with the parent or chaperone. Permission must be in writing.
