Traditional Apple Pie Transylvanian Recipe (Romania)
Ingredients: For the dough 300 grams of wheat flour ( BL55 ) 150 grams of powdered sugar 80 grams butter 1 egg (medium , "M " full size) 1 pinch of salt 10 grams baking powder 6 tablespoons milk 2.8%
For the filling 600 grams of apple 200 grams of sugar cinnamon ( ground )

Preparation Put all the ingredients in a bowl.

We divide it 2 parts and let it to rest for half an hour, covered . We provide two pieces of pan size.
