In the vegetables group, sweet potatoes and carrots are the highest foods with vitamin A. In the meat group liver contain the highest amount of vitamin A.
Vitamin A helps with eye sight in the dark and clear skin. Vitamin A is a combination of vitamins together. They all work together in the body to help with the heathenness of your body.
