Vitamin A can be found in many food groups like: Fruits Vegetables Meat In the fruit group, cantaloupe is the highest in vitamin A with a one cup serving contains 108.2% of your daily value. In the vegetables group, sweet potatoes and carrots are the highest foods with vitamin A. In the meat group liver contain the highest amount of vitamin A.

Vitamin A helps with eye sight in the dark and clear skin. Vitamin A is a combination of vitamins together. They all work together in the body to help with the heathenness of your body.

Infants- 400 to 500 mcg/day Children- 300 to 600 mcg/day Adults- 900 mcg/day
