 Never send a “thank you” letter to a person using his/her job title  Ex: Dear Career Counselor:  Dear Career Counselor,

 Two average length paragraphs should make up this section. In the first paragraph thank the reader for whatever it is you are thanking them for. Perhaps a position you applied for at a job. Convey your enthusiasm and it would be helpful to convey the date of the interview.  If you decide to hand write your letter, use plain, light – colored stationary – solid white, off white, or gray is best.
