Conceptual Music Video: “Mary J Blige: Just Fine” Slavi, Sheridan & Jon ↑ Didn’t do much.

Initial ideas.. The genre of this track is R&B, we know this mainly because the artist is Mary J Blige.. “Just Fine” is obviously a “feel good” song, the lyrics are positive and so is the track title. Definitely a song for females..

Video concept.. As it’s a feel good song for women, the video should really include: Alot of visuals, bright colours, alot of lights, etc We’d imagine there to be more than one female in the video.. Dancing maybe? Maybe set in a club, or somewhere full of people Could be in a bedroom, watching Mary J Blige getting ready for a night out, this is the vibe she wants to create through her song. Women could relate to this. The cutting of shots would be quite frequent to keep up with the pace of the song. ELS to show the amount of women and the happiness around Mary J Its going to be a generic R&B music video due to the lack of storyline.

Possibly aimed at females, the words ‘love’ etc tell us this. 16 – 40+, its a song about life, a feel good track for women. It can be appreciate by women of a wide age range Most likely black females The song has a positive attitude, its can be enjoyed by people of all classes.
