GLAZES The color in the jar is not the color after firing Read ALL labels

GLAZING Apply 3 even flowing coats Allow the glaze to dry between coats

Potters apply wax to pot bottom… To keep glaze from sticking to the kiln shelf during firing

GLAZES Remember to wipe the bottom of any ceramic work with a sponge before placing glazed pieces in the kiln room

UNDERGLAZES Jars or Pans Can be applied Before the first firing Or after

UNDERGLAZES Stay in place Won’t run What you see is what you get after firing Clear transparent glaze can be applied over it to apply shine and make the colors more vibrant
