Food has Chemical Energy. When you eat food the Chemical is transferred to your body.

The Chemical Energy is transformed to Kinetic Energy when you hit the ball. That Kinetic Energy is transferred to the racket.

The Kinetic Energy is transformed to elastic potential energy when the strings of the racket hit the ball. The Energy is transferred to the ball.

When you hit the ball the elastic potential energy is transformed to kinetic energy. Then the Kinetic energy is transformed to Gravitational potential energy.
